When we first opened as 20Twenty Cheese Bar, we had a clear vision: an intimate wine and cheese destination in Willow Glen. That concept was beautiful, and it still is. But something unexpected happened over the years. Our guests kept asking for more. Not because they didn't love the cheese and wine—they absolutely do—but because their lives are full, and they needed more from us.
The Evolution Was Real
People started coming in for lunch before work. They wanted full dinners on date nights. They asked about handcrafted cocktails to go with their meals. They brought families to celebrate birthdays and anniversaries. They gathered for happy hour after a long day. They wanted to host private events and celebrations with us.
Our team listened. We expanded our menus to offer New American cuisine that matched the quality of our original wine and cheese program. We built out our cocktail program. We grew our wine and beer selection to match our guests' growing appetite for discovery. And slowly, organically, we became a full-service restaurant.
Today, the truth is clear: we're not just a cheese bar anymore. We're a neighborhood restaurant where friends gather, families celebrate, and the community finds genuine connection over great food and drinks.
